I needed something with device strategy and I didn't necessarilly want to start from scratch. However it's been in prod for a while now and thought it'd be a nice feature. This was created via TDD so there's good test coverage.
I recommend squash and merge if this PR is accepted. I didn't squash in my forked repo just to keep track of things. I can squash though if need be.
